1. Currency and Pricing
All our prices are expressed and charged in USD. Payments can be done through PayPal, Amazon Pay or using a credit card.
2. Shipping and Delivery
The Frenchie Co. delivers products to almost all countries on earth. If we can’t ship to a certain country, customers will not be allowed to make the purchase. Shipping freight is free in all cases. However, import duties and carrier fees (collection fees) may be charged to the customer in some cases depending on the country. If this is the case, the customer will be advised about this before completing the purchase and on the order confirmation email.
All products are shipped through DHL Express.
TAX / TAX FREE
Depending on the country of shipping our customers will be obliged to pay for import duties and carrier fees. In countries where we don’t cover for those costs, customers are responsible for such charges. The Frenchie Co. has no control over import taxes or carrier fees. We clearly advise all customers if they may be charged with import taxes or not before completing their order and on their order confirmation email.
3. Customer Service
The Frenchie Co. is 100% committed to offering the best customer service and products. We dispatch items purchased through our website the same or the day after the purchase (except if the purchase is made on a Friday night or on Saturdays in which case we ship them on Monday). Our customer support team can be contacted either by contacting the email address email@example.com or by filling any of our contact forms on our website.
4. Return Policy
We are committed to our customers’ 100% satisfaction. Therefore, if they are not fully satisfied with their purchase they can send it back at no charge within 10 days after they receive it and we will give them a full refund. The order has to be made only through our website (thefrenchie.co) and not through Indiegogo (crowdfunding campaigns). The item has to be in perfect resell conditions, and import duties or any other collection fees are refunded as store credit only.
Deciding not to pay import duties is not eligible for a full refund.
All our products are covered under at least one year limited warranty since the day of purchase, when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.
This limited one year warranty does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents or any modification to a Frenchie Co. item. We are not responsible for loss, damage or cost resulting from the misuse of our products. Please note that general wear and tear, including but not limited to, the fading of colors and breakdown of materials over time, is not considered a material or manufacturing defect.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
When customers make a purchase on our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information they give us such as their name, address and email address.
When they browse our store, we also automatically receive their computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about their browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With the customer’s permission, we may send them emails about our store, new products and other updates.
How does The Frenchie Co. get the customers’ consent?
When a customer provides us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify their credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that the customer consents to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for our customer’s personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask them directly for their expressed consent, or provide them with an opportunity to say no.
How do customers withdraw their consent?

We may disclose our customer’s personal information if we are required by law to do so or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If the customer chooses a direct payment gateway to complete their purchase, then Shopify stores their credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Their purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete their purchase transaction. After that is complete, their purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

-Third Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

10. Age of Consent
By using our site, our customers represent that they are at least the age of majority in their state or province of residence, or that they are the age of majority their state or province of residence and they have given us their consent to allow any of their minor dependents to use our site.
11. Ownership of Website Content
All content shown on our website included but not limited to pictures, videos, product information, product specifics, policies and FAQ belongs to The Frenchie Co. exclusively. Any use, reproduction, distribution of this information by any person who does not belong to The Frenchie Co. or associate partners is totally prohibited.
The Frenchie Co.’s website cannot be used for any commercial intent, nor can it be used to promote or advertise any services or products which are not submitted by members of the company. It is also prohibited to use our website to encourage visitors to subscribe, visit or become a member of any other website.
If our store is acquired or merged with another company, customer’s information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to them.
