Condition: The product must be in perfect resale condition (including all tags and accessories).

Import duties or collection fees are refunded as store credit only.

Refusal of Delivery: If you choose not to pay import duties and the package is returned to us, the cost of return shipping and any administrative fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

Discounted Products

Clothing purchased with a discount is not eligible for exchange due to color or size.

For wallets, backpacks, and accessories, in case of return or exchange, the discount will be prorated based on retained items.

If returning an item from a BOGO (Buy One Get One) purchase, the discount applied to the other item may be adjusted accordingly.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), your refund will be processed. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10-14 days, depending on your bank's processing times.
Late or Missing Refunds

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK Consumers)
If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.
