RETURNS/REFUND

We are committed to your 100% satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply send it back at no charge within 30 days after you receive it and we will give you a full refund.

Keep in mind that the order has to be made on our website, the item has to be in perfect resell conditions, and import duties or any other collection fees are refunded as store credit only. Please be aware that deciding not to pay import duties is not eligible for a full refund. To complete your exchange or refund, please contact us before taking any actions. DISCOUNTS

Clothes purchased at a discount are not eligible for exchanges based on color or size. For wallets, backpacks and accessories, in the case of a return or exchange, the discount will be prorated based on the items retained. If a customer returns one of the items in a BOGO purchase, the discount on the other item may be adjusted accordingly

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If you were deemed eligible for a refund and you haven’t received a refund, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. It may take a few business days before your refund is officially posted. If your refund is not posted within 3-4 business days, next contact your bank.
