Orders bought under a promotion
Promotional orders are fully covered by this guarantee. The discount belongs to the pair, not to a single item: if you return one item from a promotional pair, the item you keep returns to its regular price and your refund is adjusted by that difference.
Example. You buy a backpack at $495 and a wallet at $36 (70% off its regular $120). You pay $531. If you return the backpack and keep the wallet, the wallet is counted at its regular $120, so your refund is $411. If you return both items, your refund is the full $531.
