Cancellations
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before the order has been fulfilled. Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be canceled — you may still request a return within 30 days of delivery in line with our Returns Policy.

If there is a material change in the expected delivery timeline, we will notify you by email.

If we are unable to fulfill your order for reasons outside our control, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
