You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The window starts when the product reaches you, not when you place the order.
To qualify, the product must be unused, unaltered, and returned in perfect resale condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and protective materials. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us before sending anything back — items returned without prior approval may be refused.
Return shipping and fees
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and may vary by location. Original shipping fees, express shipping fees, gift wrapping, and other non-product charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by THE FRENCHIE CO. or a regional exception applies.
Import duties and taxes are included in the price of the product, so they are refunded with it: an approved return is refunded at the exact amount you paid for the returned item.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before your order enters fulfillment. Once fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but the 30-day return window applies from delivery.
Last Chance Units
Products sold under our LAST CHANCE UNITS program — past-collection pieces, sample and one-of-one items, and units with a disclosed cosmetic or manufacturing condition — are final sale, as disclosed on each listing. They are not eligible for return, exchange, or size or color change based on preference. The disclosed condition is not covered by any claim: it is the reason the item is offered at its stated price. If a Last Chance Units item develops a manufacturing defect separate from its disclosed condition, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund within 30 days of delivery.
Defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival
Contact us as soon as possible at support@thefrenchieco.com with your order number and photos or videos showing the product, the packaging, and the specific issue. We will review the case and determine the best solution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.
Inspection and refund timing
Returns are inspected before any refund is approved. Inspection usually takes 3–5 business days after the item arrives at our facility. Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 10–14 business days, depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Regional rights
If your region offers additional consumer protections — including the EU and UK right of withdrawal, or the right of withdrawal available to customers in Colombia — we will respect them. Warranty rights for defective products remain unaffected by this policy.
