Dispatch update. Since Forbes featured our Speed Wallet™ Duo, orders are arriving faster than usual. We still check every order before it goes out.

If everything in your order is in stock: it leaves our facility a few days later than usual. The delivery time shown at checkout already includes it.

If your order includes a pre-order: the whole order ships together once the production time shown on the product page is complete. The delivery time shown at checkout starts from that day.

Pre-orders

Products marked Pre-order ship once their production batch is complete, within the estimated time shown on the product page. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we ship it complete once the pre-order is ready, so the whole order follows the longer delivery time.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before your order enters fulfillment.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders of $199.00 USD or more.

Tracking and delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@thefrenchieco.com.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. THE FRENCHIE CO. is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs duties and import taxes

Import duties and taxes, including VAT and sales tax, are included in the price you see, for every destination we ship to. The price at checkout is the final price: there is nothing extra to pay at checkout or when your order is delivered.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. See our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy for full details.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Your guarantee begins when the product reaches you, not when you place the order. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and may vary by location.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

3 in 1 Versatility

Wear it as a small sling for errands, let it out into a medium sling for the day, and switch it to a backpack when you need the room. One bag, carried three ways.

Materials & Craftsmanship

Handmade from durable materials, this mini sling is built for daily use and keeps its clean look. It's backed by a 5-year warranty.

Water-Resistant Design

Ballistic nylon and water-resistant zippers help keep rain and spills away from what you carry.

Made in Small Batches

Fast in your hands, slow in the making. Each bag is made by hand and inspected twice before it leaves the workshop.

My Umpteenth Orders

This is my 4th slings from Frenchie, and likely won’t be my last order on Frenchie. One of best Colombian craftsmanship.

Keep doing what you guys do

Congratulations, what a great product!! Please thank from my part the genius that makes these things. Huge fan of Frenchie.

Amazing quality

Loved the quality, all the details and the packaging

Excellent

Very well made … I got the leather and carbon one and I really love it … I use it in the middle opening as the small closure is too small … absolutely fantastic… very happy with my purchase …

Great Travel Accessory

I travel a lot overseas. This travel bag was ideal for holding everything needed—safe, dry, and secure. Occasionally, when I had more items than usual, it could expand to accommodate—even to the extent of a backpack. I highly recommend it.
