The Rise Speed Backpack

Each backpack is made by hand, in small batches, and goes through a two-phase quality inspection before it ships. Limited runs and careful cutting keep waste to a minimum.

• Military-grade ballistic nylon – water-resistant and hard to tear, so the bag keeps its shape and its look through years of daily use.

• All-metal hardware – metal buckles and zippers that keep working long after plastic would have cracked.

If everything in your order is in stock: it leaves our facility a few days later than usual. The delivery time shown at checkout already includes it.

If your order includes a pre-order: the whole order ships together once the production time shown on the product page is complete. The delivery time shown at checkout starts from that day.

Pre-orders

Products marked Pre-order ship once their production batch is complete, within the estimated time shown on the product page. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we ship it complete once the pre-order is ready, so the whole order follows the longer delivery time.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before your order enters fulfillment.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders of $199.00 USD or more.

Tracking and delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@thefrenchieco.com.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. THE FRENCHIE CO. is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs duties and import taxes

Import duties and taxes, including VAT and sales tax, are included in the price you see, for every destination we ship to. The price at checkout is the final price: there is nothing extra to pay at checkout or when your order is delivered.

Returns

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The window starts when the product reaches you, not when you place the order.

To qualify, the product must be unused, unaltered, and returned in perfect resale condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and protective materials. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact us before sending anything back — items returned without prior approval may be refused.

Return shipping and fees

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and may vary by location. Original shipping fees, gift wrapping, and other non-product charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was caused by THE FRENCHIE CO. or a regional exception applies.

Import duties and taxes are included in the price of the product, so they are refunded with it: an approved return is refunded at the exact amount you paid for the returned item.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before your order enters fulfillment. Once fulfilled and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but the 30-day return window applies from delivery.

Last Chance Units

Products sold under our LAST CHANCE UNITS program — past-collection pieces, sample and one-of-one items, and units with a disclosed cosmetic or manufacturing condition — are final sale, as disclosed on each listing. They are not eligible for return, exchange, or size or color change based on preference. The disclosed condition is not covered by any claim: it is the reason the item is offered at its stated price. If a Last Chance Units item develops a manufacturing defect separate from its disclosed condition, you may request a repair, replacement, or refund within 30 days of delivery.

Defective, incorrect, or damaged on arrival

Contact us as soon as possible at support@thefrenchieco.com with your order number and photos or videos showing the product, the packaging, and the specific issue. We will review the case and determine the best solution, which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Inspection and refund timing

Returns are inspected before any refund is approved. Inspection usually takes 3–5 business days after the item arrives at our facility. Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 10–14 business days, depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Regional rights

If your region offers additional consumer protections — including the EU and UK right of withdrawal, or the right of withdrawal available to customers in Colombia — we will respect them. Warranty rights for defective products remain unaffected by this policy.
