Shipping Policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, your order will typically be on the way within 1–3 business days.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:  

- Shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

- Free shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over $199.00 USD on all products except the Speed Cockpit.

 

TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thefrenchieco.com and we’ll assist you promptly.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. The Frenchie Co. is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

CUSTOM DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES:

Some international orders are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and VAT, which are applied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer.

The Frenchie Co. is not responsible for these additional charges or delays caused by customs processing.
