I just got back from my forth trip, so the testing part is over, I can say this is a great product. We have two, since my wife saw me packing the first time had to get another.

My new go-to

I travel for business constantly. International travel that requires a minimalist approach. I purchased this bag personally only a week after buying the travel backpack with the side access and the magnetic wings and lower back. I’ve used the backpack now for a few weeks of international travel. It’s the best one of all my many bags. So I went back to the store in Boca Raton. I was given a personal tour of this bag and its features. I’ve used it twice so far. As CEO of a worldwide logistic company, this bag will travel many a mile.

The only thing I would improve is the outer zipper. It can be better, perhaps chunkier so it slides a bit more smoothly in the corners

Overall I love the Closet Bag. It holds a lot of clothing while staying very compact.

My only complaint is the actual dimensions of the bag.

My Closet Bag is physically larger than the dimensions provided on their website.
I have not been able to fit my Closet Bag into any of my carry on sized trolley cases, or any of my large duffel bags.

The whole point of purchasing the Closet Bag was to pack it into my carry on.
So far I have only been able to use my Closet Bag when using check in luggage.

I emailed customer service recently with photos of my Closet Bag along with the dimensions.
Unfortunately the reply I received did not provide an explanation.
