Dispatch update. Since Forbes featured our Speed Wallet™ Duo, orders are arriving faster than usual. We still check every order before it goes out.

If everything in your order is in stock: it leaves our facility a few days later than usual. The delivery time shown at checkout already includes it.

If your order includes a pre-order: the whole order ships together once the production time shown on the product page is complete. The delivery time shown at checkout starts from that day.

Pre-orders

Products marked Pre-order ship once their production batch is complete, within the estimated time shown on the product page. If your order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we ship it complete once the pre-order is ready, so the whole order follows the longer delivery time.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before your order enters fulfillment.

Shipping rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on all orders of $199.00 USD or more.

Tracking and delivery

We ship worldwide via DHL or FedEx. Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with tracking. If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@thefrenchieco.com.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. THE FRENCHIE CO. is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs duties and import taxes

Import duties and taxes, including VAT and sales tax, are included in the price you see, for every destination we ship to. The price at checkout is the final price: there is nothing extra to pay at checkout or when your order is delivered.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. See our Returns, Exchanges & Refunds policy for full details.

- PATENTED -

Self-Adjusting Strap System

No more uneven weight. Our patented Self-Adjusting Strap System balances the load between both shoulders the moment you put the backpack on. A pulley-based mechanism keeps one strap from ever hanging longer than the other, so your back stays comfortable on long days.

One-Move Access

The strap system lets the backpack swing to your front without taking it off, and two access points open in a single move.

Leather, Nylon and Metal

Full-grain leather from a tannery in northern Italy, ballistic nylon that shrugs off scrapes, and metal hardware where others settle for plastic. Each material is there because it holds up to the way you move.

10-Year Warranty

Backed by a 10-year warranty on materials and craftsmanship. It's built to be carried every day, for years, and we put that in writing.

Made in Small Batches

Fast in your hands, slow in the making. Each bag is made by hand and inspected twice before it leaves the workshop.

Awesome product

Awesome product. The design and the quality of the materials are amazing.

Just as advertised

If you have seen the video of this bag it’s exactly as it’s shown, no small print or shenanigans. I truly love the materials, and gadget wise compartments. Just be extra careful to check import duties and taxes applicable to your country (honestly, if I had seen those earlier I would have not ordered it -additional 40% over the price-)

The perfect backpack!

Great quality, functionality and looks amazing!

Very nice quality and fun to play with

WORK/TRAVEL SPEED BACKPACK is beyond doubt its quality is exceptional. The leather is glossy and incredibly pleasant to touch, while the storage capacity is outstanding.
The exterior tech pouch comes with multiple organizer straps, you're able to secure loads of items inside.
The coolest features - the auto-adjusting shoulder straps and the magnetic flap at the bottom of the bag.

The only minor - The top carry handle could be slightly wider, as it feels a bit narrow for my liking.
The design defaults to swinging the bag over your right shoulder to access the compartment, but offering a left-side access version would make it perfect for all users.

Masarap, Magaan, Mabango, Da best~

I've been in love with the Frenchie Co. brand and their leather goods. Their wallet is one of my favorites. This bag that I bought is now also one of my favorites. It's perfect for when I travel to and from work. It's also perfect for some short vacations in my country.
